Local investment group JaxAngels recently announced an investment in Florida-based Call Simulator. The company created an AI-powered powered training platform that creates realistic speech-to-speech call simulations. The software is designed to significantly reduce costs and increase speed proficiency among call center employees.

“We believe they have a powerful solution focused on one of the most urgent problems facing businesses today, which is the professional development of call center skills and expertise,” JaxAngels board member Vikas Rijsinghani said in a statement. "They fit the ideal profile of our investment model."

The company spent two years working with leading 9-1-1 emergency call centers and the global leader in emergency protocols, Priority Dispatch, to create the first AI-powered simulator for training emergency call takers. With the new funding, Call Simulator will expand its team and make its training software available across a range of industries, including telehealth, banking, insurance and tier-1 brand customer support.

“Working with JaxAngels has been fantastic. In addition to the funding, they are giving us access to connections and mentors that will help take our business to the next level. Our Seed Round is now oversubscribed, and we are beginning to plan our A-Round,” said David Lawson, CEO & co-founder of Call Simulator, Inc. JaxAngels seeks out early-stage founders in the market, generating sales with a highly qualified dedicated team and is looking for seed capital and expert advice.
